As chemistry triggered me, or science as a whole is a hobby of mine all the years growing up, I have been studying & researching many alternative ways of living utilizing natural elements to increase health and improve the normal way people live eat & drink. I stumbled upon certain natural elements and as curiosity took over I got involved researching and developing of this product for the past 10 years. For this endeavor; a unique, innovative and novel product, I called this DeTrip. (I have had previous partners, but they moved on to) I do envisage this product to be sold all over the USA, UK, EU and everywhere in the world where people consume alcohol. DeTrip is a unique product decreasing the effects of alcohol consumption. Once all negotiations with manufacturers and regulatory approval done, DeTrip would be made available in 2 capsules packed and afterwards a functional beverage or other formats, if the market requires it. When taken, one becoming less intoxicated and prevent the after effects of excessive alcohol consumption. "Hangover" This product is based on sound scientific principals and is completely safe and highly effective. I need an Investor / Equity Partner or seed Capital for the USA Launch, as global introduction will follow naturally.

I have been doing extensive research to start with this Product. This will ultimately include registering a Patented Formula (which formula I have) and Trademark (US) including product variants of DeTrip. THIS ALCOHOL COUNTER-ACTOR product lowers the level of alcohol in one’s body after consuming alcohol. (No Hangover)
Estimate: To startup - $100 000 Capital is needed & Equity would be granted in exchange. As the Investor / Business Partner, the Capital can also be reimbursed by way or as a “loan account” in his favor, in the company’s financial records. Our MLM system would also contribute to eliminate risk as 7 million Sales Points has been identified.
